- Place two MINEX'08 advertisements in the partner's printed media / magazine prior to the forum.
- Place MINEX'08 promotional web banner on partner's website (from the agreement date till 3 October 2008).
- Enter MINEX'08 in the published by partner events calendar.
- Place MINEX'08 Award promotional web banner on partner's website (from the agreement date till 3 October 2008).
- Enter MINEX'08 Award in the published by partner events calendar.
- Send two electronic event announcement to subscribers or members prior to the forum.
- Publishing MINEX'08 report or editorial after the forum (when applicable) in the partner's printed media / magazine.
- Announce MINEX'08 Award results on partner's websites.
- All travel, visa and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the info partner.
- Info partner will be assigned with an individual space, table or booth for the distribution of the printed materials.
- Logos and advertisements must be provided in vector curves in EPS/Illustrator/Corel formats, all fonts must be converted into curves.
- Link to partner's website and short 100 words description must be provided by info partner.
- MINEX 2009 web banners can be provided (please enquiry).

- Format - must be print quality PDF or TIFF Fonts - outlined (curves)
- Images resolution - 300 dpi
- Full page dimensions - 160 (w)*247 (h) mm
- Half page dimensions - 160 (w)*118 (h) mm
- Full colour (CMYK) or Greyscale Bleed and crop marks - not required
