SUBMISSION OF PRESENTATION PAPERS, BIOS, PHOTOS AND COMPANY PROFILE Speakers must submit before 11 September the following materials: Speaker’s bio* Speaker’s photo** Company profile*** Speakers must submit before 25 September the following materials: Presentation slides **** Handouts or presentation notes (optional) Please submit requested files to: admin at minexforum.com   TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Handouts for enclosure in the Minex Proceedings (to be published on CD) can be submitted in PDF 7 or MS Word 2003.

* Speaker’s bio. Please provide in MS Word or Plain Text format your brief biography (less than 200 words) in English and preferably in Russian for printing in the event booklet, website and for use by the session chairperson.

**Speaker’s photo. Please provide a recent picture of you in a high resolution (from 150 kb to 2 Mb) version in JPEG format.

*** Company profile. Please supply in MS Word or Plain Text format your company profile in English and preferably in Russian (less than 100 words) for printing in the event booklet.

**** Presentation slides. Speaker presentations will be run on our laptops & projected on the conference screens. To ensure compatibility with our system please make sure that all presentation files are be submitted in PowerPoint Format compatible with PowerPoint 97-2003. Presentation files must not exceed 10 MB. Using images in lower resolution can help to reduce file size. Please avoid using Imbed Video Files, Multimedia or Sound files as they may not be compatible with presentation equipment. If using imbedded files, please ensure we receive and check them before 20 September to avoid disappointment during the presentation. Please ensure that presentation is prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 using standard Windows fonts (e.g. Arial, Times new roman, Verdana, Georgia). In case you are using unique font, please send us a copy of the font together with the presentation slides. Please do not send presentation slides in PDF or Flash Formats.

PRESENTATION TIMING:

Please ensure your presentation does not exceed time indicated in the speaker registration form. Timing of your presentation will be subject to the final scheduling of the event program.

TRANSLATION:

Simultaneous audio translation will be used throughout all sessions.

EVENT AND POST EVENT MATERIALS:

Your presentation slides and handouts submitted before 11 September will be published electronically in PDF format in the Minex Proceedings on CD. Final slides will also be added to the post event report published on Minex Website and exclusively available to Minex participants.

Please note that due to technical restrictions presentation slides and handouts submitted after 11 September will not be published in the Minex Proceedings but will be listed in the post events materials published on-line.
