How to book exhibition stand at Minex Expo 2009?

Step 1
Select exhibition booth option (online or using pdf form)

Step 2 Send your requirements for additional equipment or furniture (using Message Box in On-Line Registration or as an attachment when applying with the booking form) Step 3 Register exhibitor names (online or using Excel exhibitor list form). Exhibitor names can be submitted at a later stage Step 4 Complete online or hard copy speaker registration form for reserving speaking slot at Minex Business Podiums. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking fee includes: exhibition booth hire from 7 am 1 October till 6 pm 2 October at the Radisson Slavyanskaya SAS Hotel (MINEX'09 venue), monochrome company name print on the front panel, hire of round table (0.7m diameter), 2 chairs, electricity, cleaning services, delegate admission (as per selected option) to the Welcome Drinks on 30 September, Minex Forum sessions on 1-2 October, Russian Mining Award Gala Dinner on 1 October.
2. Company presentation (up to 20 minutes) at Business Podiums on 1 or 2 October (subject to agreement). Please complete speaker registration form
3. Admission to master classes on 30 September is not included. Delegate tickets to Master classes can be purchased at 30% discount available to exhibitors.
4. Company logo and 150 word profile in the Minex'09 Show Catalogue.
5. Company logo and 150 word profile on Minex'09 website (exhibitors section)
6. Company logo on the Minex'09 promotional and marketing materials.

BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341 in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.
Cancellations: if received in writing before 15 September 2009 will be subject to administration charge of 250 GBP. Full fees are payable in the event of cancellation after 15 September 2009. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time (providing the delegate has Russian entry visa). Payments must be received in full before 10 September. UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account. Payments made to account in Russia will be subject to Russian VAT, Bank commission charges and Exchange rates.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF LOGOS AND COMPANY PROFILES

• Submission deadline: 11 September 2009
• Exhibitor logos must be submitted in vector format (Illustrator/Corel Draw)
• Company description: up to 150 words in Russian or/and English (word or plain text format)
• Hyperlink logo to exhibitor’s website
